The Property Committee shall:

A.        Oversee and maintain all property of the church, including vehicles.

B.         Review and update the insurance program for all properties.

C.         Work with Building Use Committee - Sub committee of Property

D.        Bids on waxing and buffing all tile/bids of cleaning carpets.

E.        Recruit members for Carpenters Helpers.

F.         Clean Sanctuary carpet -  as needed

            Strip/wax all tiles - as needed

G.        Formulate and provide finances for three to five year capital improvement plan.
